Position Title: Marketing Specialist
Position Duties:
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits.
Conduct research on customer opinions and marketing strategies.
Design customer surveys and review results to measure and assess their satisfaction.
Measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing efforts.
Identify opportunities to grow distribution in assigned territory.
Determine metrics for evaluating past, current, and future marketing efforts.
Strategize with management on ways to grow revenue.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their pricing, sales and marketing efforts.
Respond to emails and phone calls within one business day.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Engineering, Math, or similar. 18 months of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Project Manager, or similar role. 18 months of experience in a role that required performing calculations and data analysis.
Hours: 40 hrs/wk. (8am-5pm)
